How this tool works

The test simulates download and upload activity, then presents the result in Mbps alongside simple connection indicators. For a fair comparison, keep other heavy traffic paused, stay near the router if you are on WiFi, and repeat the test after changing one condition at a time, such as moving rooms or switching to Ethernet.

1. Start the test from the main button and keep the tab open while the simulated download and upload checks complete.
2. Review the Mbps results beside latency and jitter indicators to understand both throughput and responsiveness.
3. Run the test again after changing WiFi location, switching devices, or connecting by Ethernet to compare conditions.
